Your school collaborates with an NGO that supports education for children in areas with little economic development and limited access to resources. They would like to provide computers so children can become familiar with new technologies. However, electricity supply in the area is unreliable and very expensive, so it would be difficult to power the computers. The school is in a mountainous area near the equator, next to a river and in a forest clearing (as shown in Figure 12.30).
